Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

My Tracking Says “No Information Available At The Moment”.

For certain shipping carriers, it can take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in the system.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

Every order is shipped with insured shipping and handling to safeguard against lost packages. In the unlikely event that your order is held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us, we’ve got you covered! While the postal service is beyond our control once the package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a replacement order with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible, due to the insurance coverage.
