Return & Exchange Policy
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right. However, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item and placing a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.
Refunds We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to confirm if a refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
